Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives you a one-on-one space to talk with a therapist about what’s going on in your life. We provide individual therapy for children (ages 3+), teens, and adults. Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based approaches—such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and more—to find what works best for you. Individual sessions offer a supportive space to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions, while building skills for long-term growth and well-being.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is available for families with children ages 3 and up, as well as those navigating adult family dynamics. Sessions focus on strengthening relationships, improving communication, and addressing challenges that impact the family as a whole. Our therapists create a safe, collaborative environment where each member is heard and families can discover new ways to connect and support one another.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, adjusting to life changes, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, our therapists help guide conversations and teach skills that support healthier relationship patterns. We welcome couples at all stages of their relationship, offering a collaborative approach to help partners grow together.
Therapy Groups
Sometimes it helps to know you’re not alone. Group therapy offers a chance to connect with others who share similar experiences, while learning new skills and gaining support in a guided setting. Led by experienced facilitators, our groups foster connection, skill-building, and mutual support in a safe and structured environment. While we are still in the process of developing our groups, we look forward to providing unique ways to grow and heal alongside others.
Psychological Assessments
We currently offer ADHD assessments for children, teens, and young adults (ages 6–25). These evaluations help clarify symptoms, support accurate diagnosis, and guide next steps for treatment and support. Our assessments include in-depth interviews, standardized testing, and feedback sessions to ensure clients and families gain a clear understanding of results. As our practice grows, we look forward to expanding our psychological assessment services to serve the diverse needs of our community.
Medication Management
Medication management is available as part of our integrated approach to care. We work with each client to determine whether medication may be helpful, provide ongoing monitoring, and make adjustments when needed. We believe medication works best when paired with therapy and other supports, and our goal is to help each person feel balanced, safe, and supported in their care.
