Fees
When using insurance for therapy services, it’s important to know that your insurance company—not our office—sets the rate for your sessions. The specific costs you may be responsible for can include co-pays (a fixed fee per visit), deductibles (the amount you’re responsible for before insurance begins covering services), and co-insurance (a percentage of the session cost owed after meeting your deductible). Because each plan is different, your exact financial responsibility will depend on your individual policy. We encourage all clients to contact their insurance company directly to confirm coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs before beginning services.
Payments are processed through our secure client portal, which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA accounts. We can also accept cash or check.
For those not using insurance, we offer affordable self-pay rates. Additionally, several of our interns—students who are completing their graduate training to become licensed clinicians—provide low-cost or no-cost treatment options, helping to ensure our services remain accessible to our community.
