Sarah is a provisionally licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults, specializing in anxiety, trauma, self-injury, and disordered eating. She takes a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized approach, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in reaching their goals. Sarah particularly enjoys working with queer and gender-diverse young people, striving to create an affirming space where every client can feel safe to be their authentic self.
To best support each unique client, she draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities and often incorporates art and play into her work with clients of all ages. She approaches therapy with humility, offering her clinical expertise as a complement to the wisdom inherent in each client’s lived experience.
Sarah offers sessions both in-person and via telehealth, with extended evening availability to accommodate school and work schedules. She accepts Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid (including UHC Community, Nebraska Total Care, and Molina), and Midlands Choice insurance plans, and also provides affordable self-pay options. She is currently under the direct supervision of Corey Gray, MA, LIMHP, LPC.
